How we handle information
A plain-language summary of what this website collects and why.

Overview
NesFlow6 operates this marketing website at nesflow6.com. We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, provide software downloads, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information — not to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
Contact form
If you use the contact form on the home page, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. That information is sent to us so we can reply about your project or question.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email (cody@nesflow6.com). Formspree processes the data on our behalf under their terms and privacy policy.
Software downloads
To download ScoreFlow, we ask for your name, email address, and the name of your church, school or organization. We store those three things, along with which build you chose, the app version, the date, and the country your request came from. That is the complete list — we do not store your full IP address, and we do not set a cookie or create an account for you.
We collect it for one reason: so we know which gyms are running our software. Concretely, that means we hold ourselves to the following.
- We never sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. This holds if the product changes hands.
- We do not send you marketing unless you asked for it. The download form has a separate, optional checkbox for that, unticked by default. Downloading the software alone never signs you up for anything, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
- We delete download records after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Downloads are stored and served by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot; it does not set a tracking cookie and does not profile you.
To have your download records removed, email support@nesflow6.com from the address you used, or tell us what address to look for. You do not need an account to ask.
ScoreFlow itself runs offline. Running a game — the clock, score, fouls, timeouts and horn — never touches the network, your license is verified on the computer rather than against a server, and the app does not need an internet connection to work.
Automatic updates are the one exception, and they are worth being precise about. ScoreFlow asks our server whether a newer version exists when it opens and every few hours after that. That request is a plain download of a version file. It sends us no information about you: not which version you are running, not which computer you are on, not your license, and nothing about how you use the app. As with any web request, our server can see the internet address it came from, and we do not use those addresses to build any record of who is running ScoreFlow. If the check fails, or there is no internet, nothing happens and nothing is shown. You can turn automatic updates off in ScoreFlow’s Settings, under Updates. Switching it off stops the checks immediately and also discards any update already downloaded, so nothing is applied afterwards; with it off, ScoreFlow makes no network connection at all.
We never collect or report usage from the app. There is no analytics, no telemetry and no license check over the network.
You can also email us directly at support@nesflow6.com. Email you send is handled like normal business correspondence.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are viewed). This helps us improve the site. It is cookieless, does not require a consent banner, and does not build advertising profiles.
Fonts and third-party content
This site loads the Space Grotesk font from Google Fonts. When that happens, Google may receive technical data such as your IP address as part of serving the font files. We also link to LinkedIn from the footer; visiting those links is subject to LinkedIn’s policies.
Cookies and similar technology
This is a static website. We do not set marketing cookies ourselves. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
How long we keep what we collect
We keep inquiry emails and form messages as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then delete or archive them under ordinary email practices. Formspree retains submission data according to our Formspree account settings and their policies. Software download records are deleted after 24 months.
Your choices
- You can contact us without the form by emailing support@nesflow6.com.
- You can ask us to delete or correct contact information you previously sent, where applicable.
- You can use browser controls or extensions to limit analytics scripts if you prefer.
- You can ask us to delete your software download records at any time, and to stop any optional product emails you opted in to.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form posts to Formspree over HTTPS, and the download form posts to our own Cloudflare service over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; if you prefer not to use either form, email us directly.
Client project data
This page covers the public marketing website only. If you become a client, how we handle business or project data is defined in our engagement agreement and project discussions — including options for private AI models that keep sensitive data on your premises when required.
